All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are only available for unused and uninstalled items returned in original condition and are issued only after inspection. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refund.
Wood turned and handmade products are guaranteed to be in the condition represented at the time of sale. While we take care to package items properly, we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier when necessary.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Amphoria.org, Amphoria LLC, or any of its employees, owners, or operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or website.
Governing Law and Venue:
