Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are only eligible for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund. Approved refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the product only; we do not reimburse original shipping charges or return shipping costs. Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refund.

Wood turned and handmade products are guaranteed to be in the condition represented at the time of sale. While we take care to properly package all items for safe transit, we are not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping carrier. In the event that damage occurs during shipping, we will be happy to assist by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
