We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, although processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand. Shipping options are provided at checkout, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. While we take care to properly package all items for safe transit, we are not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping carrier. In the event that damage occurs during shipping, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are only eligible for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund. Approved refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the product only; original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refund. Wood turned and handmade products are guaranteed to be in the condition represented at the time of sale. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, natural variations may occur and each piece is unique.
Our products are precision components intended for specific applications and must be used and installed correctly to perform as designed. Due to variations in materials, tools, and installation methods, we cannot guarantee performance in every use case. We do not guarantee performance if products are used outside intended applications or modified in any way. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for proper use, installation, and suitability for your specific project.

Customs, Duties, and VAT: International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Amphoria does not collect or control these fees unless explicitly stated at checkout. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient upon importation or delivery.
