Each insert is precision manufactured from a premium Wood Fiber Reinforced Polymer containing approximately 15–30% genuine wood fibers. This innovative material combines the warmth and natural character of real wood with the smooth operation, excellent dimensional stability, and lasting performance of an engineered polymer.
The Quick-Lock™ Configuration features a precision-engineered bayonet-style locking mechanism that replaces conventional threads with a secure quarter-turn locking action while preserving the strength, dependable performance, and professional appearance of our Standard Threaded Insert Systems. Combined with our Wood Movement Resistant™ technology, incorporating a 3 mm female flange and proprietary engineering enhancements, this configuration is specifically developed for projects where limited wood movement may still occur, such as green or partially seasoned wood.
