Amphoria™ Mason-Jar Insert Systems are designed for woodturners who want to combine the beauty of a handcrafted vessel with the convenience of Mason-jar lid compatibility.
Each insert is precision manufactured from a premium Wood Fiber Reinforced Polymer containing approximately 15–30% genuine wood fibers, combining the warmth and natural character of real wood with the smooth thread engagement, excellent dimensional stability, and lasting performance of an engineered polymer.
Designed around BALL® Mason jars, these insert systems accommodate the 48 mm Mini, 70 mm Standard-Mouth, and 86 mm Wide-Mouth lid formats. They are also intended to fit other standard Mason-jar lids using the corresponding size and thread profile.
The corresponding original BALL® lids also fit these inserts, giving you the flexibility to use a familiar, readily replaceable closure on your handcrafted vessel. Always select the lid format that matches your insert system.

Selecting Your Size: The 48 mm, 70 mm, and 86 mm designations identify the compatible Mason-jar lid format. Please refer to the product dimensions and technical drawings to determine the installation recess required for your selected insert.
Color Representation: Every effort has been made to accurately represent the product color; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, material characteristics, and individual display settings. The genuine wood fibers may also contribute subtle variations in color and texture, adding to each insert’s natural character.
Designed for general woodworking applications using properly dried wood, Mason-Jar Insert Systems provide precise fitment and consistent, dependable operation.
