Amphoria™ Air-Tight Insert Systems are designed for woodturners who want to combine the beauty of a handcrafted vessel with the practical benefits of an air-tight closure.
Each insert is precision manufactured from a premium Wood Fiber Reinforced Polymer containing approximately 15–30% genuine wood fibers. This innovative material combines the warmth and natural character of real wood with the smooth operation, excellent dimensional stability, and lasting performance of an engineered polymer.
Every size includes a matching, replaceable O-ring, providing the sealing component needed for an air-tight fit when properly installed and closed. If the O-ring becomes worn or damaged over time, it can be easily replaced without replacing the insert system.
